Mirjana Radić graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and has 15 years of experience organizing and running all kinds of events and projects. For the last 8 years her professional world has revolved around Games.con, the biggest gaming and pop culture festival in Serbia, where she has been involved in its growth, organization and execution.
Over the years she has handled planning, coordinating teams, partners and participants, and solving everything that pops up "at the last minute" – and at events there's never a shortage of that.
She says organizing is her job, problem-solving is her superpower, and Games.con stopped being just a job a long time ago. When she's not in the middle of organizational chaos, she's probably trying to find a way to make it a little more efficient.
