Where losers seek problems, winners find solutions!
This year, Games.con moves within the Matrix borders, and that is already a well-known fact. The reason, of course, is Covid-19.
Unquestionably, Games.con was a spectacle, and it is truly a hard endeavor to convert that experience into the binary code.
On the other hand, regarding tournaments, new gaming titles, consoles, and other gaming/pop culture content, „digital convention“ indeed has its perks:
You will not get acquainted with the security, which is much better than, well, getting acquainted with the security;
If you are a tournament contestant entering finals, no one will steal your spotlight – all eyes are on you. If you are a spectator, there will be no tall oafs in front of you, nor anyone that could, in a cheering passion, shower you with sugar-free soda all over your hoodie and sneakers and say „lol sorry mate“;
You’ll be „enlisted“ for a tournament in no time – just apply and follow the instructions;
Your matches will be hosted by the currently coolest YouTubers around.
Bathroom breaks between matches are a breeze, and if somehow you still don’t manage to, well, hold it in – nobody will call you „Aquaman“ for the next 20 years.
Of course, we are still hoping for a comeback to the Fair venues next year.
