Fans of epic fantasy, anime worlds and video games, the countdown has begun! Games.con 2026 returns to the Novi Sad Fair and brings one of the most anticipated events of the year – a big cosplay competition that gathers contestants from across the region.
If you want to see your favourite characters come to life on the big stage, the cosplay programme awaits you over the weekend, and the competition starts at 16:00 sharp on both days.
Saturday’s competition is reserved exclusively for the world of video games. Whether it is epic RPG heroes or characters from retro classics, contestants in the gaming category will show incredible skill in crafting armour, weapons and special effects. Get ready for fierce competition on stage!
The second day of the competition weekend takes us on a journey through the widest spectrum of POP culture. Characters from anime, manga, cult films, the latest series and comics take the stage. We can look forward to great stage performances, authentic costumes and emotional performances that will leave no one indifferent.
Besides the title of the best, contestants can look forward to valuable prizes, while the audience can expect an unforgettable visual show and a chance to take photos with their favourite characters.
We invite all creatives and performers to share their magic with us on the big stage! Anyone interested can apply via this link.
Get your tickets in time, come before 16:00 to grab the best spots in front of the stage, support the local cosplay scene and be part of magic you do not want to miss! See you in Novi Sad!
